Webster City Recreation Promotion and Branding

As part of their graduate capstone project, Sports & Recreation students will collaborate with students in the School of Urban and Regional Planning to assist in the creation of a promotion and branding guide for Webster City Parks & Recreation Department. This will be included as part of the Webster City Parks and Recreation Master Plan. 

In order to fully utilize the existing Parks and Recreation opportunities, the City of Webster City has requested assistance with marketing and branding of the current system. Students will identify best practices and strategies for the city to use, including event ideas, social media campaigns, and revitalization ideas.

These recommendations will be paired with the Parks and Recreation Master Plan created by students in the School of Urban and Regional Planning in order to provide a complete revitalization of the parks and recreation systems in Webster City.
