Bellevue Regional Stormwater Structure

As part of their Senior Design Capstone course, Civil & Environmental Engineering students will create designs for a regional stormwater structure that would serve a proposed residential development in Bellevue.

Bellevue city officials are seeking the design of a regional storm water management structure that serves a 50 acre development and contribution area surrounding the development.  Green designs that mitigate potential water quality issues are desired, such as a constructed wetlands. The location of the structure is within the 50 acre development, and will require coordination with another group in the class working on land development in the area.
